Agency features are in development. The plan is multi-client management from one workspace, with separate roles and per-client billing, so you can bill through Magikx or pass it on at your own price. You can request early access from the For Agencies page and we will get in touch when it launches.

It writes in your voice. During setup Magikx builds a brand profile from how you describe your business, your customers and your competitors, then drafts every post against that profile. You can refine the profile at any time and future content follows the change.

Both — you decide. By default Magikx drafts the reply and holds it for you, so nothing is sent without your approval. It pulls in comments and reviews from your connected channels and writes a suggested response in your brand voice. As you approve drafts, Magikx gradually starts handling the most routine replies on its own, beginning with responses to positive comments. You can also switch straight to full automation in your settings if you would rather not review each one, and you can dial it back at any time.
